AVIOFILE: Pilot Logbook

AVIOFILE is a pilot logbook and an aircraft maintenance and deadline tracker in one app. Log a flight once and it updates your flight log, the aircraft's records, its Hobbs and tach hours and its maintenance deadlines, for pilots, aircraft owners, co-owners, flying clubs and flight schools.

✈ PILOT LOGBOOK
• New flight in four steps: aircraft, arrival, duration, save. Hobbs and tach carry over from the last flight
• Totals and carry-overs, including flights on other aircraft and simulator sessions
• Currency, landings in the last 90 days, licence and medical expiry in one view
• Export your pilot logbook to PDF in the EASA or FAA format, or to CSV, whenever you want
• Import the logbook you already keep from Excel, PDF or CSV, with a preview before anything is saved

🔧 AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE AND DEADLINES
• Deadlines by hours, by calendar or both, whichever comes first
• Components with time since new and since overhaul
• Squawks (defect reports): a grounding squawk blocks the aircraft
• Inspections and interventions: upcoming, in progress and completed
• Documents with expiry dates: certificates, insurance, registration papers, licences
• The aircraft logbook belongs to the aircraft, with a change history: who changed what, and when

AVIOFILE is free for everyone until 28 February 2027; if you sign up by then you get 60 more days. After that the pilot logbook and the basic features stay free in the Free plan; other features become paid, with at least 30 days' notice. No data is deleted.

AVIOFILE is a record-keeping tool: it does not replace the official documents required by the authorities, and the person responsible for the aircraft remains responsible for its airworthiness.
