EvenPace

You run a lot, and you improve little. Always the same pace, always the same route. The body settles into it, and the clock stops moving.

EvenPace turns a target time into six paces and a calendar.

YOUR PACES COME FROM A REAL RACE

Give a race you have actually run, or a recent time trial. EvenPace works out the six training paces that follow from it: easy, marathon, threshold, interval, repetition, and the pace of the race you are aiming for. No questionnaire, no guesswork.

A WEEK THAT HOLDS TOGETHER

You give the days you can run. The plan places the long run and the three key sessions as far apart as it can, so two hard days never touch. An easy day between them is not a gap, it is what makes the hard days work.

EVERY SESSION, SPELLED OUT

Each session tells you what to run and at what pace: the warm-up, the body of the session, the strides, the cool-down. Distances and times, never vague instructions.

THE PLAN FOLLOWS YOU

Run another 1500 m test and the plan recalculates around your new level. Change your weekly volume, your training days or the day you want the long run on, and the plan is rebuilt without losing the sessions you have already run.

WHAT YOU KEEP

Tick the sessions you have done and log what they actually gave: distance and time. Your measurements stay readable across every plan, current and archived alike, so you can see where you are going.

DISTANCES

5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon.

HONEST ABOUT THE SLOW RUNS

Yes, some of your runs will be slower than what you do today. That is where the engine is built, and the plan tells you exactly what to run fast the rest of the time.
