2025-01-25	Jo*****	Was asked to resubmit documents, I attempted complying, they delayed the help I needed, the app only sends me in a loop asking for my bnk account number only to tell me that bank account is already registered, i think they are delaying me until the privisioned time for the claim is expiring so they dont hve to pay the reimbursement. Unless I get help but I only get Do not Reply messages from them.

Please bring back the website. The app is unusable. Edit: was able to submit after attaching all documents. Response from Dev is unhelpful. I still find the app clunky and slow. Editing from 1 star to 3 stars.
