Masir - Tehran Metro Guide

Masir is a complete, offline guide to the Tehran Metro. Train timetables for every line, step-by-step routing between stations, exits and facilities for each station, and live service alerts — all in one free, lightweight app.

Underground, a signal is a matter of luck, not a given. Masir doesn't rely on it: the city data pack downloads once, and after that you can check the next train time with no internet connection at all.

■ Step-by-step Tehran Metro routing
Pick your origin and destination and Masir finds the fastest route, accounting for line-change time, the walk between platforms, and each line's real headway. Direction of travel and every transfer station are laid out step by step.

■ Offline train timetables
The full schedule for all 7 Tehran Metro lines and their branches is stored on your phone. See how many minutes until the next train and which platform it leaves from. Thursdays, Fridays and public holidays have their own timetables.

■ Every station in detail
Over 150 stations with maps, a full list of exits with names and addresses, interchange stations, and stations that haven't opened yet — so you never come up the wrong staircase.

■ Clear accessibility info
Filter stations by elevator and step-free wheelchair access. Water fountains, toilets and ATMs are each marked with three honest states: available, not available, unknown.

■ Service alerts
Get notified about station closures, delays and changes to operating hours — only for the lines and stations that matter to you.

■ Branch lines, made simple
Which platform does the Parand train leave from, and how often does it run? Masir answers before you board, not after you get off at the wrong station.

■ Light, free and private
The city data pack is under 1 MB. No sign-up, no account, no intrusive ads, and no access to your location.

How the offline mode works
You download the city pack once. Station search, timetables, "next train: 3 min" and station details all work with no connection. Only routing, service alerts and station maps are fetched from the server, so they stay up to date.

If you're looking for a Tehran Metro map, subway timetable, metro route planner, or a guide to Tehran's metro lines and stations, Masir is the app you'll actually use on the platform every day.

Requires Android 8.0 or newer.
