The app experience is very frustrating. Registration and login process is confusing, buttons sometimes don’t respond, and the app keeps showing issues like “user ID already exists” without properly guiding the user. Recovering access is also difficult because of secret questions that many users may not remember. The bank should improve the UI, fix bugs, and make customer support and account recovery much easier.
