Avanti Mobile

This is a companion app for the Avanti Classic and Avanti Slingshot Print MIS (Management Information System). You must have an active license for the Avanti MIS and the Avanti Mobile module (add-on) in order to authorize a new mobile device for access to your Avanti system.

With the Avanti Mobile app, the data entry processes for warehouse management are no longer confined to a desktop. Instead, they are implemented in the warehouse with the addition of mobile devices, including mobile computers, smartphones, and tablets, which serve as a data entry points to report back to the Avanti Inventory and Fulfillment modules.

Avanti’s Mobile application can be installed on any device running Android, using the device’s wireless network connection to connect directly to your Avanti system. Mobile users in the warehouse can look-up inventory items, enter receipts (PO, direct, ASN, warehouse transfer, production), transfers, and adjustments, and complete counts, picks, and replenishments. Those using Avanti to manage inventory transactions and fulfillment processes will see the result of the functions performed by all users in the Avanti Mobile application in real-time.

Warehouse Features:
Item Inquiry - Look up the on hand quantity of an inventory item in all locations in your warehouses.

Fulfillment Pick - Step-by-step guide to pick items from one or more orders to stage for shipping.

Receiving:
- PO Receipt - Enter quantity of items being received from a supplier for an open purchase order.
- Direct Inventory Receipt - Enter quantity of items being received without a purchase order.
- Pending (ASN) Receipt - Enter quantity of items being received from a supplier advance shipment notice.
- Warehouse Transfer Receipt - Enter quantity of items being received from another warehouse.
- Production Receipt - Enter quantity being received and stocked in the warehouse from the production of an item.

Physical Inventory Count - Enter actual quantity on hand for a predefined list of items to keep inventory accurate.

Replenishment - Step-by-step guide to pick and then restock high-volume items from the warehouse to a convenient location for fulfillment.

Location Transfer - Log the transfer of a list of items between bin locations.

Quantity Adjustment - Change the quantity on hand of a list of items in one or more locations.
