If you have a flat tire, tire damage, or another tire-related issue, you can request mobile roadside service directly from your phone. Enter your service location, describe the problem, add optional photos, and submit your request. Our dispatch team reviews the details and may contact you to confirm the service before assigning a technician.

Roadside Tire Assistance

Request help for tire-related roadside situations, including flat tire support, tire repair, tire replacement, jump start, fuel delivery, and other assistance when available. During an active service, you can receive status updates and may be able to track the technician’s progress on the map.

Tires, Wheels and Fitment

OnRoad also gives customers access to Avansys Tire Shop from the app. Browse tires by size, view available pricing, explore wheel options, and check vehicle fitment details such as year, make, model, bolt pattern and related specifications.

Shop, Schedule and Track

Add tires or wheels to your cart, choose available installation or delivery options, schedule service, and track your orders from the app. You can also view past orders, roadside service requests, appointment details and service status updates in one place.

Rewards and Account

Sign in with your phone number to manage your profile, view order history, access available rewards, receive app notifications, and manage your account settings.

Financing Options

The app provides access to third-party financing options, including Koalafi, Acima, and Snap Finance. Financing is provided by third parties and is subject to their approval and terms.
