Use of Foreground Services

When a driver receives and accepts a new trip, Avansat uses a foreground service to actively track the trip while it is in progress. During this process, the application allows for the recording of logistical events and the operational tracking of the trip.

The foreground service is displayed to the user via a persistent notification, visible at all times, informing them that the trip is active and that the application is performing the corresponding tracking. This service automatically stops when the trip ends.
