The Brothers Finance - Partner

The Brothers Finance - Partner is the field companion app for recovery agents employed by The Brothers Finance. It is an internal work tool: accounts are issued by the company, and access requires an employee ID. It is not available for public sign-up.

WHAT AGENTS CAN DO

Daily case list
See the cases assigned to you for the day, with customer name, address, outstanding amount and EMI schedule, so you can plan your route before you leave.

Geo-tagged check-in
Record your arrival at a customer location with a photo and GPS position. This creates a verifiable record that the visit took place.

Collect payments
Accept an EMI repayment by cash or UPI. For UPI, the app shows a payment QR code the customer can scan with any UPI app. Every collection is logged against the correct loan.

Record visit outcomes
Log what happened on the visit: payment collected, a promise-to-pay with a follow-up date, customer unreachable, or escalate the case to your manager.

Receipts
Generate a receipt for every collection so the customer has immediate proof of payment.

Dashboard and settlements
Track your collections for the day, your running totals, and settlement records.

Offline-tolerant
Entries queue on the device when connectivity is poor and sync once you are back online, so field work is not blocked by a weak signal.

PERMISSIONS

Location is used to geo-tag check-ins at customer premises, confirming that a visit was made. Camera and photo access are used to attach visit photos and payment proof.

This app is intended solely for authorised The Brothers Finance field staff.
