The car washes are great and do a good job. The appropriate on the other hand, wel to put it nicely... IT SUCKS! 1. The app has trouble loading, and sometimes just won't load, so either no carwash or I have to buy one. 2. If the app loads but I migrate away from the page, or the phone shuts off, or I hit the wrong button on the app, it kicks me out and I loose my wash for a day. I am seriously considering stopping my membership and just paying as I go again. The app is very frustrating.

Experiencing great difficult in opening this app. Had to be sent a code and then vacuum turned on by remote. However, I do appreciate having a number I can call to speak to a live person. If this issue is not dealt with, I will be canceling my service uninstalling this app.
