[Auto Pulse 05], acting on the basis of registration certificate No. 558844, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” and citizen [CLIENT], hereinafter referred to as the “Customer,” have entered into an agreement as follows:

1. The Customer orders, and the Seller undertakes to deliver auto parts (hereinafter referred to as the Product) in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this agreement.

2. Payment is made only in rubles.

3. The Seller has the right to unilaterally refuse to supply the Goods (if, due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, the ordered Goods cannot be delivered), in which case the Seller is obliged to inform the Customer about this as soon as possible and return the prepayment to him.

4. Transfer of the Goods from the Seller to the Customer is carried out only after full payment of the cost of the Goods by the Customer.

5. The fact of acceptance of goods in terms of quality and quantity is certified by the Customer’s signature.

6. The customer is obliged to provide the seller with reliable data about the vehicle (vehicle identification number VIN) for which the corresponding spare part (Product) is purchased. Otherwise, the Seller does not bear any responsibility for the compliance of the Product with the requirements that the Customer places on it.

7. The cost of the Goods specified in Appendix No. 1 to this agreement may be adjusted upon receipt by the Seller of the Goods, due to the impossibility of determining the full cost of the Goods upon acceptance of the order (it does not include the cost of transportation according to its weight or dimensions), of which the Seller is obliged notify the Customer in advance, informing about the approximate amount of such adjustment.

8. In the event of an error made by the seller when determining the part required by the Customer, its exchange is carried out provided that the specified part has not been used and the presentation of the part and its packaging have been preserved. The exchange is made within 7 calendar days, subject to a cash receipt.

9.Customer’s claims for the return (exchange) of a purchased Product that has hidden technical defects are accepted within 7 days from the date of its purchase, provided that it is installed in an authorized technical center and the buyer has an examination certificate issued by an authorized technical center.

10. If the Customer refuses to Order or receive the Goods (provided that the Goods meet all the requirements specified in Appendix No. 1 to this agreement), then the Seller has the right to demand from the Customer a penalty in the amount of 30% of the cost of the Goods, or to accept the Goods from Customer for sale, with the condition of payment of money after the sale of the Goods.

11. Products received upon order are stored in the Seller’s warehouse for 30 days, then sold. The advance payment is returned to the Customer after the sale of the Product.

12. Order delivery time ranges from 1 to 4 working days.
