Like others have mentioned here, the dongle simply does not work. I have plugged it into multiple vehicles and the story is always the same. The dongle lights up for about twenty seconds or so and then all of the lights on the front of the dongle go out and it is just dead. I bought three gauges to use with this dongle and spent more than $800 for the dongle and the three gauges all wasted because AutoMeter cannot fix the dongle and they will not replace it. The website says the dongle comes with a usb cable, mine did not, and it would not matter anyway because the software available will not work on a windows PC, just an App for Android or Apple, so why are they saying it will work with a PC? SCAM! They will not refund your money no matter what if the package has been opened so buyer beware AutoMeter is selling this junk and ripping customers off. The customer service rep even told me just buy another dongle so I can waste another 200+ dollars?
