App is pretty user friendly and easy to use but the 5* is more for the business itself. They confirmed my journey ASAP and kept me updated, price was much cheaper than other taxi firms in the area and also Uber. Driver could not have been more friendly, helpful and even gave me a discount as a new customer. I even left my keys in the back of the taxi by accident and he brought them straight back no problem. Will def recommend and will be our new taxi firm going forward.
