I was authorized to get roadside, but I was to pay upfront and they were supposed to reimburse me. I have spoken with them several times and reassured coverage. But here I am 4 months later and they never paid me back for what they set up and authorized. The device is not reliable and doesn't work everywhere. Customer service is non-existent.

Poorer than the product is customer service. They will not cancel nor give your money back after you are done with their product and request it. You've been warned. I have used their product for over four years. It's spotty at best when it does work. I've had it not work for hours and most of the day before. I just got tired after a while and moved to a better service. Bouncie is miles better in every way except initial cost.
