This Physicians App enables doctors to deliver care on- the- go improving efficiency and early response to treatment plans. Doctors will be able to have access to Progress Notes, Vitals, review and acknowledge Initial Assessments, review and acknowledge Discharge Summaries, review Lab results, review Radiology results and view images from the enterprise EMR(Electronic Medical Record system) and also perform key actions like review and prescribe medication , prescribe further required diagnostic tests to support care continuum.
