The Property Bar

The Property Bar is the unofficial companion app for property-dealing card nights- the one where you buy up colour sets, collect rent, and strike deals. This app doesn't replace your card game; it sits alongside it and turns the table's biggest moments into drinking-game events.

18+ ONLY. This is a drinking-game companion for adults of legal drinking age. Every event can be swapped for a soft drink or a dare- play exactly the same either way. Please drink responsibly and never pressure anyone.

HOW IT WORKS
• Add 2–5 players and pass the phone around the table.
• When something happens in your card game - you collect rent, complete a set, pull off a big deal-breaking move - the player it happened to taps the matching event.
• The app rolls the outcome and tells the table who drinks.
• Complete a set and bank a random Property Upgrade to use later.
• Build up net worth without an audit and the taxman comes knocking - pay the fine or forfeit your gains.
• Go bankrupt in the card game and become "the Bailiff" - out of the card game but still holding a few powers over the table.
• Set your own forfeits for losing streaks, and track wins on a running leaderboard across rounds.

WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT
• Offline, and dead simple - no accounts, no sign-up.
• Built-in walkthrough for first-time players.
• No ads, no trackers, no data collection of any kind.
• Runs entirely on your device.
• Option to cast leader board to the TV.
