Worst app with worst user experience. 1- They haven't synced their mobile app and website, I am logged in on their app but when I try to use the same login details on their website, I don't exist. 2- On their app, I must provide prescription for the medicine I am trying to order. But when I try to upload the prescription, it gives error. 3- Helpline never available and social media team takes days to respond. 4- They don't update their inventory, out of stock items are showing as in-stock.

If this is "Nation's Lifeline" then it's already FLAT. such a poor app, no order tracking, no stock management, you order and later told it's out of stock. Despite feedback there seems to be no upgrades to the app at all. App is buggy and often crashes as well.
