To be a mystery shopper is to play your own role, that of a normal customer who makes purchases, inquires at a point of sale or makes a complaint. The difference is that the mystery shopper records everything that is happening and pays particular attention to certain aspects of his experience as a customer. The application allows you to find missions close to your home and carry them out by filling out a short questionnaire on your various observations.
You participate in the improvement of a service and you are compensated for the help you provide.
