Recently I'm having an issue while opening the app. It seems the app stops when I open it.

I'm having to downgrade my review, unfortunately. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy this app. However, there has been a continual issue where the data cache seems to get overloaded, and the app crashes about every 20 minutes or so until I reach out to Support and have them reset it on their end. This has been about a year-long issue now and is very frustrating. Support, feel free to reach out to me if I can help with troubleshooting! I want to be able to change my review back to five stars!
