Auction Autopilot

Auction Autopilot is the listing and marketing app for auction houses. Your team takes photos of each item, and AI writes the listing: title, description, brand, model, retail price and condition, ready for HiBid.

LIST ITEMS FAST
• Snap 2–6 photos per item, or scan the barcode (UPC/EAN)
• AI writes the title and description and looks up the retail price
• Condition, packaging and "works?" questions in one tap
• Serial number, ASIN and EAN saved with every item
• Automatic background clean-up on product photos

REVIEW AND EXPORT
• Review and approve lots before they go live
• Export a HiBid-ready CSV with photos in one click
• Pick up where a teammate left off: every lot shows who added it

LOT LABELS AND RELISTING
• Print lot labels with a real barcode and QR code on any label printer
• Scan a label to relist an unsold item in seconds

MARKETING ON AUTOPILOT
• Flyers, email and social posts made from your best lots
• Connect Mailchimp, Facebook and more, or any tool through webhooks and the API

BUILT FOR TEAMS
• Owner, admin and employee roles with limited access per person
• Admins open and close auctions; the team lists into the open one

Auction Autopilot needs an Auction Autopilot account. Tap "Try the demo" to look around with a sample auction, no sign-up needed.
