2024-05-04	Ba*****	Used at multiple sites: initially installed on site phones and worked; then an update came out and no longer functioned. Applied update - can't log in. Uninstalled and then went to reinstall to newest version and won't install - company is looking for a new workforce type program provider. Two stars because it worked for most of the time.
