I'll start by saying my kids love this watch. It is easy for them to use, and they love the text and talk features. I had difficulty with their initial setup for the watches as it kept having error codes when downloading the E-sim cards. Once the watches were synced to my account and active, I was able to add on their contacts. I wish I could add on the text and call option without the contact being called a Gaurdian. I feel like that description should be reserved for the parents only.

Has various bugs still after last ( first and only?) update. Can't scroll down to see all contacts under the My Contacts and last one on the page is hidden by the add button. It's generally glitchy when sending photos. The app has frozen for me several times and required me to re-sign in. It's pretty frustrating. On the positive side, it's been easy and straightforward to add contacts to my child's watch.
