All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): This is critical to the app's core functionality. It is strictly required to operate the Media Vault (moving and encrypting files into secure, non-media directories), perform comprehensive file management (rename/delete across the device), and detect external subtitle documents stored in random directories.

Notifications (Optional): To display background playback controls and media status.

Display over other apps (Optional): To enable floating Picture-in-Picture (PiP) playback.
