2. Vehicle KMs Running – Monitoring distance covered by dumpers, trucks, excavators, and other vehicles for productivity and maintenance planning.
3. Dozer & Grader Activity Monitoring – Recording land leveling, haul road maintenance, road smoothing, and slope corrections.
4. Production & Dispatch Tracking – Real-time excavation reports and detailed dispatch logs (quantity, source, and destination).
5. Fuel Monitoring – Tracking issue, consumption, and balance for each vehicle/equipment to prevent pilferage and reduce costs.
6. Manpower Attendance & Analysis – Digital attendance, shift allocation, overtime calculation, and productivity analysis.
7. Blasting Monitoring – Capturing drilling logs, charge details, blasting schedule, and compliance reports.
8. Hindrance Monitoring – Recording work stoppages due to weather, equipment breakdowns, or approval delays to analyse downtime.
