2022-08-18	Ta*****	Payment Bug. This is my favourite app to buy produce on, but the payment issues are extremely annoying. At least 7 out of 10 payments "fail" according to the app even if it's gone through on GPAY and then I have to text your customer care to resolve the issue. One does not have time to do this so often. Might have to stop using my favourite fruit and veggies app because of the payment issues.

2022-08-01	Ab*****	4/5 Stars for variety and quality of leafy veggies. They are/may not be organic, hence not giving 5/5. 4/5 for bill print out and payment, 3/5 stars for easyness of shopping - they still do not have shopping list, recurring purchase list, purchase from past orders. 3/5 stars for Fruits and non leafy veggies - even BigBasket can provide organics and fresh fruit and several other. Over all 4/5 star becasue people can do focus shopping on each app anyways.

2022-05-09	Br*****	Impossible to add your location, maps does not work, search is always showing no results....bad integration with Google maps. Is the apps really working to order? Does not seem reliable. And useless if you can't edit address!

There are no slots for scheduling delivery, the delivery executives literally turn up whenever they want to with no notice at all, and there is no tracking link or anything provided to understand when the delivery executive will turn up. It's an absolute waste of your entire day as you literally have to wait for the person to show up. The customer support is also horrible as nobody calls you to give you an update.

2021-08-23	ap*****	It all started with Pomelo, I couldn't find it in a regular market so bought it here. And found it really good.Delivery and packaging are good. The next I ordered more fruits and colocasia leaves for making pathorde. Was disappointed with this order. Figs and custurd apple were not of the quality I expected. And colocasia leaves looked fresh but it isn't. Leaves changed its colour just for few days (if it's fresh, it remains the same for more than a week in the 'fridge'). Highly disappointed.

You have a huge range in the product varieties and this has made it possible in spite of the lockdown for us to enjoy our favorite delicacies. Just one request, in addition to the names printed in English, it would make it a whole lot easier and culturally fit if you could use familiar names by mentioning the names in Kannada respectively.

If could incorporate few changes in the app, like modification of order. (increase or decrease of quantity, some cases it's freezing and limit the order quantity as suggested on the screen). I always enjoy shopping from ur app, because we get what we see on the videos. Thank you guys, keep up the good work!
