Features & Capabilities

Quikshort makes creating and managing shortcuts fast and flexible. Build unlimited homescreen shortcuts and groups, and add up to 15 Quick Settings tiles. Create shortcuts from apps, activities, contacts, files, folders, websites, settings, system or custom intents. Customize icons with icon packs, backgrounds (solid or gradient), icon size and shape, preview shortcuts before placing them, and save edits for later.

Quikshort also supports action shortcuts for system functions like adjusting brightness or volume, taking screenshots, locking the device, and opening the power menu. Accessibility Service is used only when creating those specific action shortcuts (Power Menu, Lock Device, Screenshot) and is not required for normal use. Quikshort does not collect or share personal data via the Accessibility Service.

Recent reviews

Custom icon packs fail to load or take too long. Loading thousands of icons before allowing a search takes 10 mins and drains 3% battery for select only 1 icon. Please allow text search first, then load only the matching icons. Shortcut background settings don't save. Disabling the main background is overridden when creating a shortcut with an adaptive icon.

Very cool. One minor issue occurs when displaying a group as a bottom sheet. The rest of the screen also becomes white, probably because the app would need a permission to display over other apps. I would like to see an option to change the number of columns in the group view.
