Shape Pro

Shape Pro is an app developed to facilitate students' access to workouts and content provided by their trainer.

With the app, students can view released workouts, access educational materials, track their physical activity routine, and receive important reminders. It also includes an exercise calendar, a communication area, and organization of content sent by the trainer—all in a simple, functional interface designed for daily use.

Shape Pro is exclusively for educational and fitness purposes. It does NOT provide medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment. All monitoring carried out in the app is the responsibility of Physical Education professionals.
