I am at the pump trying to pay with fresh pay and it's not taking of my 25 cents

Yet again... Once again app not working for fresh pay or using rewards. Same associate at the Farmingron store completely unhelpful. There should be a work around for associate to provide the same benifit when the app is clearly not functioning. I am seriously considering going back to Cumberland farms app always worked and the coffee is much better. App never works to get point and sales associates are unable process transactions in the stores. Beginning to think this just a scam.
