OptiRun BASE

OptiRun BASE is a training management platform for distance running coaches and their teams.

Instead of one more log book, it turns everyday training into decisions: how hard the squad is working, who is drifting toward injury, and when to start the taper so athletes peak on race day.

WHAT IT DOES

Training load, made readable
Record distance, pace and session RPE. OptiRun BASE computes acute:chronic workload ratio and flags sudden spikes in distance, so a rise in load never goes unnoticed.

Daily condition monitoring
Athletes log sleep, fatigue, soreness, body weight and resting heart rate in under a minute. Trends surface early, before they become injuries.

Energy availability
Track nutrition alongside training to catch low energy availability, with food frequency questionnaires and optional menstrual cycle tracking.

Tapering that adapts
Set a target race and OptiRun BASE builds a taper for each athlete, evaluates how the taper is actually going, and suggests the day's distance each morning.

A coach dashboard that fits a squad
See load, condition and injury risk for every athlete on one screen, compare sessions, and share feedback with the team.

Devices that do the typing
Automatic sync with Garmin, Strava, COROS, Polar and Health Connect. Laps, heart-rate zones and sleep arrive on their own.

Records and testing
Personal bests with progression, race results, lab tests, blood work and body composition over time.
