Designed in collaboration with former professional athletes, mental health experts, coaches, and educators, the app delivers curriculum-based courses tailored to the challenges young athletes face throughout their journey. From managing performance anxiety and dealing with pressure, to fostering leadership and building emotional intelligence, Athlete’s Edge turns real-life obstacles into teachable moments. Courses are designed for youth athletes, their families, and their coaches, offering bite-sized, practical tools to help navigate the mental challenges that come with competition, failure, teamwork, and growth.

Users have the ability to earn badges for completed courses, and have their number of hours learned tracked by the user’s sports organization and coaches.

Beyond the courses, the app includes exclusive interviews and insights from professional athletes and coaches who openly share their struggles and successes as it relates to mental health and overcoming adversities. Further, users gain access to an expanding database of local and national mental health resources, community clubs, and youth organizations.
