The quality, amount, and timing of the fuel athletes put in their bodies deeply impacts their performance. Without proper nutrition, athletes recover slower, are more prone to injury, and they lose that critical margin of seconds and inches when facing their opponents.

After this short on-boarding process, athletes can input meals and workouts with just a few clicks, monitor nutrition stats and fuel timing, chat with team dietitians, set goals, and adjust habits. To make the app as easy to use as possible, it integrates with the Health Connect data.
