Atalay was founded in 1890 and is the first and most established company in the Turkish Industrial Kitchen sector. It was processed with copper mine in its early years and is used as "antique" in our homes today; Atalay, which manufactures mainly products such as boilers, cauldrons and pots, came to the seventies, with the aluminum material becoming functional; It produced trays, pots and lunch boxes and sold them all over Turkey. In addition, in the same years, it provided significant benefits to the development of our country by meeting 90% of the needs of the Turkish Army, such as kitchen products and flasks.

Today, in addition to the stainless steel manufacturing that it started in the 80s, Atalay produces and sells in three main groups:
- Set-top auxiliary equipment; pots, pans, carrying trays and other products.
- Stainless steel countertops, cabinets, work benches with sinks.
- Cooking and cooling equipment.
Atalay, which serves the Turkish Industrial Kitchen sector with its two stores in Istanbul and its factory in Çorlu, delivers its products to end users with its dealer network of over 100 in the country. With the project work it has carried out abroad, its products are available in Germany, France, It has begun to become a Globalizing Institution in its sector by carrying out studies in the Far East countries, including the Netherlands, Israel, Finland, Poland, Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, Algeria, Morocco, Kenya, Russia, Turkish Republics, America and Canada. . In this context, it aims to be a pioneer and have a say in the potentially rapidly growing Industrial Kitchen Sector, as it has adopted since its establishment, by concentrating its investments on research and development studies in order to achieve its goals.
