Recent reviews

Windows app works fine and can login and connect but mobile app is atrocious. Can't even display login details when you type them in on the login screen and even when you type the correct details, it always says user name or password doesn't exist. Can't even lodge a ticket on mobile app because you can't login. Going to file a chargeback request with my bank to get my money back. EDIT: look below. Devs are illiterates. I literally said I can't lodge a ticket because I can't login on the app.

If you need a VPN in China, this us NOT the one. There are monthly intermittent service outages that last for days or weeks, and it's customer service is non-existent whether you're a paying customer or not. When it does work, it works great...but with the complete lack of service in all aspects of the app, I would give it 0-stars if possible.
