This application is basically use to connect connect customer complains with their solutions which is done through the help of service engineer.
It's a step by step procedure to listen and solve complain registered by customer. The core component of system is to handle the requests added by customer and solve that issue by engineer.
And the base handling of issue is done at admin level based on the companies prospects. As each customer and engineer would be different for each company and also their requests which will be processed.
