NowSpace is designed to help employees book workstations and meeting spaces conveniently via mobile. However, multiple users report frequent crashes, server and login errors, and poor user interface design that complicates booking processes. Authentication problems with Microsoft Authenticator create barriers to access. Users also express privacy concerns due to excessive app permissions. Despite its intended convenience, many find the app unreliable and difficult to use.
