Good, simple and easy

For visual observers using manual mounts, DSO planner deservers a serious look. What it lacks in eye candy and animations it makes up for in thoughtful features. Like a star map that doesn't move when set your phone down to adjust your scope. Like a visibility score that can help you target objects appropriate for skies and equipment. Like the telrad display that can be calibrated to an alt azimuth mount. It's true that you need to RTFM to get the most out of it.
