T Diary (this app) is an app that supports self-management such as recording the medication status and symptoms of patients taking Tagrisso®. By using this app, you can "visualize" your medication status and your daily condition, and it will help you to properly inform your healthcare professional about your progress and status at the time of medical examination.

● Medication and symptom recording
・ Record of medication
You can record the medication status of Tagrisso® with one tap. In addition, the medication record can be reviewed in tables, graphs, and calendars along with the symptom record, supporting the habituation of medication and self-management.
・ Record of symptoms
You can easily record symptoms that may occur to the patient, such as "shortness of breath," "diarrhea," and "pain." In addition, you can keep a record of the events of the day by registering photos and using the memo function.
● Looking back
You can look back on the contents recorded in the medication record and symptom record in the table, graph, and calendar. Reviewing the records will help you understand when symptoms are likely to occur and inform your healthcare professional about the course of treatment.
● Registration of emergency contact information
By registering the medical institution you are visiting as an emergency contact, we support you to contact quickly in an emergency.
● Useful information
You can view useful information (below) related to the treatment of lung cancer in texts and videos.
・ Explanation of Tagrisso® side effect management (main side effects, medication method)
・ Explanation of points in self-care for each affected area
● Notification of medication time
When you register your time to take Tagrisso®, you will be notified by notification.
