Art of Flora: Plant Puzzles

Art of Flora is a quiet puzzle game about plants.

Each specimen arrives as a botanical plate, broken into pieces. You restore it — sliding pieces into place until the plant comes back together — and the plate opens into a short field note: what it is, how to recognise it, and where it grows. Then it is yours, filed into a personal herbarium you build one plant at a time.

There are no timers, no lives, no energy bars and no way to lose. Puzzles wait for you.

RESTORE THE PLATE

Every plant is a hand-painted botanical illustration cut into a grid. Swap pieces to rebuild it. Early plates are gentle; later ones are large, detailed and genuinely difficult — repeated leaves, thin stems and subtle colour are the real challenge, not a clock.

LEARN SOMETHING REAL

Finish a plate and the plant explains itself: one identification clue, one fact about how it lives, and deeper notes on family, native range and conservation if you want them. Written plainly, checked against botanical sources, and never front-loaded — you always solve first and read after.

BUILD A HERBARIUM

Restored plants are catalogued into a collection wall you can pan, zoom and share. Watch it fill.
