2024-11-28	Na*****	You'd think after all these years Astera would put some money into improving their app but that's not the case. The lagging, the freezing, constant disconnecting from the transmitter, having to change settings multiple times before it actually takes. An absolutely awful product. I would gladly use Aputure products over astera simply because their app works.

2024-04-20	Co*****	This app is completely unreliable. At no point do I trust it to stay connected to anything. Multiple times I've had sets held up because this system decided to drop connection. This is completely inexcusable. If you need wireless control I honestly would not recommend using any Astera lights unless you have a wireless DMX system. Also the user interface is terrible. Most jobs all I need to do is adjust level and CCT on lights I cant physically get to. This should be quick and simple, it's not.

2024-04-09	am*****	The lights are quite good but the app is total shame, we have 4 astera boxes in theater, and through dmx it works fine but any time we need to change any pairing or bonding it's a fricking lottery, would it lose some bluetooth package 3 times in a row or 70? How many times would you need to restart everything and how quickly would you guess in which order you need to restart? Why there is no alternative to firmware update via bluetooth? It's just insane how unreliable this stuff is

2024-03-27	Ol*****	Absolutely unreliable. Can't even stay paired long enough to get lights connected. Even the ios app I still could not get usable functionality. Tried on multiple android phones and ipad with very little success. Embarrassing considering how much these lights and BTB box costs and how many of these we use. CRMX with DMX in is great but App Control an absolute shambles.

2024-02-16	Mi*****	Can't connect because the app got no storage permission but I can't grant it through the android settings. It's not listed. Reinstalling doesn't work, because it never asks for permissions. Really annoying. Andoird 14, Pixel 7 pro

2023-07-11	Ch*****	Shockingly bad app, terribly designed, always so embarrassing to use on set as it's either losing connection or won't allow me to make any adjustments. Very unnecessarily confusing design, just terrible all-round. Avoid if possible!
