2023-02-03	Ab*****	Not compatible with mobile devices. It works well in PC and laptop. While raising the ticket unable to attach multiple documents in mobile as it is in laptop and PC. Mobile version can only be used for viewing and further remarks. And also unable to find history of raised tickets in mobile app.

2020-11-26	Gr*****	Odd app. Installed it. Splash screen asks for access to photos etc, so I tick yes. Then it wants my organization's name. After trying multiple things & getting 'Invalid Organization' every time, and with no help, I think " yeah nah", and saving my time, hit Uninstall. Developer tip.."make it REAL easy for starters to get something happening. Reading the positive reviews prompted me to try it. Unable to even get started leaves me feeling dumb. Rather feel pumped actually, not retarded. 👍
