App is good for viewing live feed but accessing motion event video on sdcard is terrible. Stuck on buffering. Maybe issue with sdcard? Will see

Used the assark app with this camera for a few years now and it was fine. This app worked for a minute but now I keep getting a login timeout. It only works when I'm in the room with the camera which is pointless. I tried the support email and got a delivery failure notification because the email domain doesn't exist.
