The mobile application is designed for comprehensive remote monitoring, control and configuration of pumping systems, wastewater pumping stations and sewage sumps. It provides an overview of the operation of the technology, enables immediate diagnostics of operating and fault conditions and offers complete management of the control unit via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or
mobile data network (GSM).

It displays the status of the pumping station in real time, including the level, the operating status of individual pumps, the status of all connected sensors and communication interfaces. Each pump and sensor are monitored and evaluated separately, which allows for quick identification of a fault or non-standard operation. The application also displays the time of the last synchronization with the control unit and informs about the quality of communication.

The control system supports several types of level sensors - float, electrode (conductivity) and continuous pressure sensors. For electrode probes, their sensitivity can be set according to the conductivity of the pumped medium. The application continuously checks the correct functioning of all sensing elements and warns of their possible failure or loss of signal.

The system includes the option of monitoring the pressure in the discharge pipe. Based on the measured pressure, the control unit can detect non-standard operating conditions, such as clogged pipes or pump running empty, and automatically shut down the pump, thereby protecting the technology from damage.

The application allows detailed settings of all operating levels, including the on, off and emergency levels. Several pump control modes are available - alternating operation, alternating operation with a preference for the same operating hours, alternating operation with a preference for the same number of duty cycles, simultaneous operation of both pumps or operation of only one pump. These modes allow you to optimize pump wear, their service life and energy efficiency.

The user can remotely control the pump and perform functional tests via the application without the need to physically visit the pumping station.

The control unit allows you to set the maximum continuous pump operation time and subsequent delays for its cooling. After power is restored after a power outage, you can define a start-up delay for the entire technology, which will prevent multiple devices from starting up simultaneously and limit current peaks in the electrical network.

The system supports intelligent operation planning. You can set the preferred pumping time, for example during the day when using energy from a photovoltaic power plant or vice versa at night according to the operational requirements of the wastewater treatment plant. Scheduled pumping is also available with the setting of the exact start time and duration of operation with an accuracy of individual seconds.

The application displays current and historical graphs of level, pressure, pump operation, number of switchings and other operating variables. At the same time, it records the history of operating and fault events, operating hours, number of working cycles and service intervals of individual pumps, which significantly facilitates the planning of maintenance and service interventions.

The control unit allows the connection of up to six programmable voltage-free relays. Each relay can be assigned its own function according to the requirements of a specific technology, for example a backup device or the transmission of alarm states to a higher-level system.

Communication between the application and the control unit takes place via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or a mobile data network. For all communication interfaces, the data synchronization frequency can be set according to the user's requirements, which allows you to optimize the speed of information transfer, energy consumption and the volume of transferred data.

The mobile application combines intelligent pump station management, remote monitoring, advanced diagnostics, configuration and service functions into one clear environment. It contributes to increased operational reliability, extended pump life, reduced operating costs and faster response to extraordinary operational events. Thanks to its wide range of settings, it is suitable for small home pumping stations as well as larger industrial and municipal applications.
