VIDEO RECORDER

This application records video with audio and saves it to the device’s internal storage. Recordings are split into segments of approximately 15–16 minutes each.

The maximum number of segments is limited to 30. When the 31st segment is recorded, the oldest (first) segment is automatically deleted. This ensures that the device storage does not become full and allows access to the most recent 30 recordings (approximately 7–8 hours of video).

Recorded segments are stored in the following directory:

On a computer:
This PC → Your device → Internal shared storage → Android → data → com.asm.vidr → files

On the device:
Android/data/com.asm.vidr/files/

For ease of use, recording starts automatically when the application is launched.

The app includes three main buttons:

Minimize — reduces the app to a small floating window while recording continues, allowing you to use other phone functions.

Stop — stops recording and closes the application.

Switch Camera — switches between the rear and front cameras. Each time the camera is switched, a new recording segment starts, and the previous one is saved, even if it has not reached 15 minutes.
