As a former Simple customer, I expected great things out of Zeta but I am very disappointed. All of the budgeting tools that Zeta offers for a premium subscription are offered by other banks for free (Wealthfront/Monzo/others)- and more than that, Zeta pays 0% interest on your money while the others will pay up to 4.5%. On top of that, if you want to sign up for a solo account you must talk to support directly for a special signup code. Super disappointed overall.

This app is amazing! It is so helpful with envelope budgeting and letting me know how much money I have after setting aside for my bills. I am always a little skeptical of online only banks, but this experience has been great! We witnessed a lot of updates that have greatly improved the app. The customer service is also top tier. If we have any problems we always get super quick responses!
