M-BIS by Askrindo

M-BIS (Marketing/Business Information System) is an internal application of PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Persero) — Askrindo. This application is used by employees, agents, and authorized marketers to manage underwriting and insurance marketing activities in the field.

KEY FEATURES

• Pipeline & Customers — Record and manage potential customers and the stages of the underwriting pipeline, from prospect to policy issuance.
• Field Visits — Record customer visits complete with GPS locations and photo documentation. Locations are only captured when you are actively recording a visit.
• Targets & Realization — Monitor premium target achievement against realization, with details per product category and per month.
• Performance Dashboard — Performance summary by role and office scope: national, regional, branch, and Relationship Manager.
• Agent Management — Administration of agency data, licenses, and cooperation agreements.
• Notifications — Visit schedule reminders, announcements, and operational information.
• AI Assistant — Assist with prospect analysis and product recommendations (optional).
• Report Export — Download pipeline, visit, and performance data for reporting.

USER ROLES

Assurance Division (DPJ), Regional Office (RO), Branch Manager (BM), Head of Assurance Unit (KUP), Relationship Manager (RM), Agent, and Administrator. Each role can only access data according to their authority and office location.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

• Token-based authentication with limited validity.
• Access restrictions per office and per role, enforced server-side.
• HTTPS encrypted communication; production versions reject unencrypted connections.
• Tokens are stored in the device's encrypted storage (Android Keystore).

ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION

Account deletion requests are processed with verification by the Network Management Division, as the account was created by the Administrator (not self-registration). The steps and terms are available on the account deletion request page and the privacy policy linked in this listing.
