Asistara

Your attendance, in your pocket.

Asistara Mobile is the app for employees of companies that use Asistara, the attendance control platform. If your organization has enabled mobile timekeeping for you, clocking in is a breeze: open the app, press and hold the button, and you're done—using the official server time, not your phone's.

What you can do:

🫆 Clock in in seconds: for arrival, departure, lunch, and breaks, with the recommended clocking type based on your schedule and time.

📍 With backup: if your company requires it, the clocking record includes your location (only at that moment, never tracked) or a verification photo.

📅 Your workdays clearly displayed: arrivals, departures, tardiness, hours worked, and overtime, calculated instantly.

🌴 Paperless vacations: check your accumulated balance and request days off from your phone; we'll notify you when they're approved.

🕐 Time-based leave requests: medical appointments or personal matters. Request leave and track its status.

🔔 Instant notifications: approvals for time clocks, leave requests, and vacations, plus a reminder if you haven't yet clocked in or out.

🔒 Your privacy first: clear consent before any permission, optional phone biometrics to lock the app, and your fingerprint is NEVER stored on your phone.

For businesses: Asistara combines biometric fingerprint scanning with mobile time clocking for remote work, automatically calculated work schedules and payroll, and real-time management from asistara.com.
