ABOUT
Qld Blue Card Checker makes it easy to verify that a Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) is current and valid. Whether you're a sports club, community group, school, or event organiser, you can check a volunteer or employee's Blue Card status in seconds, right from your phone.

HOW IT WORKS
The app opens the Queensland Government's official Blue Card Services validation portal (https://www.bluecard.qld.gov.au/onlinevalidation/) inside a secure in-app browser. You're checking against the real government system — not a copy, cache, or database.

TWO WAYS TO VALIDATE
• Scan a physical Blue Card using your phone's camera — the app reads the card details automatically using on-device text recognition
• Manually enter the cardholder's name, card number, issue number and expiry date

PRIVACY FIRST
• Nothing is uploaded to the cloud — all validation checks go directly from your device to the Queensland Government portal
• Validation history is stored locally on your device only, so you can review past checks and export them as CSV. History never leaves your phone unless you export it yourself
• Camera images are processed on-device only — no images are saved or uploaded
• No analytics, no tracking, no ads
• No account or login required
