This app is a scam. I saw it and wondered what it could do. I believe the versions that it puts on the "fixed" tab are made-up, with a slight difference edited in to make them appear as if they need to be updated, when they don't even match the version on my phone or in the app store. I'm starting to wonder if this app put malware on my phone. Most of the reviews are complete fake reviews
