2026-08-17	Pe*****	Time to leave Asda (for now). Sorry Mr Issa, but saddling a great company with mountains of debt is coming back to bite you. The app needs major investment as it's so buggy so we're going elsewhere.

2026-08-17	Ju*****	worst app ever! flashing screen, freezing have to force close and on more than 2 occasions has taken payment from my bank but the order hasn't gone through. can't contact them to ask for a refund as app doesn't recognise that an order has been placed. left not knowing what's happening and waiting for the bank to return the money
