2025-01-26	na*****	Have been using this app for a very long time and rarely found an issue but the last 2 times of using I have noticed that it seems to fizzle at the top of the screen like static on a tv then when I reached the same spot in the same store my phone restarted (samsung A55), I have had no other problems with my phone just those 2 times when using the app and only since the last update.

2025-01-19	Al*****	It just become unusable at all! Usually, it's just glitchy as hell - like scan issues. It just hangs on item scanning, and scanning never ends, and you was forced to swipe the app all the time (hopefully, basket saved its state except for the last glitch item). But now, I was asked to reauthenticate and accept "Terms and conditions" on the website where you need to press "Accept", which doesn't exist, and after this, it stuck on "Something went wrong - invalid format, try again".
It just become unusable at all! Usually, it's just glitchy as hell - like scan issues. It just hangs on item scanning, and scanning never ends, and you was forced to swipe the app all the time (hopefully, basket saved its state except for the last glitch item). 2025-01-17	PM*****	Why is this so disjointed and stressful? Used for the first and last time today as app uninstalled. Camera stays on so you can rescan a shelf ticket. Really slow you think it's not scanned then do it again and it does it twice. Not linked to Asda Rewards so that's another thing to scan. Very disjointed process. Plus I saved no time as I needed a rescan so I had to wait for that to happen. Got to be the worst of the shopping apps I've used but it's not going to happen again.

2025-01-15	Uj*****	I used this app a lot, despite it being slow. But last time was too much for me. It kept scanning items twice and scanning items from far away. There is no button to turn off the camera when you just walk around so I had to turn off my screen every time. Unfortunately I missed a few duplicates and lost at least £10 for nothing. Everything is so expensive and I felt ripped off. No point in contacting Asda since I have no proof. App now deleted, not risking that again.

2025-01-04	M *****	Scanning individual items or adding another one to the quantity takes way too long (especially compared to the normal ASDA handsets). My phone also struggles to read the checkout QR from the screen, and I end up having to go to a regular checkout anyway, which basically makes the app useless.

2025-01-01	Ro*****	Bad design of app, everything is awkward and to be brutally honest, I feel I would have to ask to be paid to list the number of issues there are, because it would be a substantial number. ASDA need to catch up to their competition, other stores have this technology working much better and they did it years ago.

2024-12-28	Kr*****	Shopping typically stresses me out, especially scanning and paying at the end (I have ADHD). Used scanners before no issues (all out of charge so used app for 1st time). Scanned every item & came to pay. Was asked for a check and an item hadn't scanned so they had to scan all of our shopping - apparently 5/6 items hadn't scanned (which I knew 100% they did!). Apparently can happen due to loss of signal in the store. Never been so embarrassed in my life! Caused me extreme stress. Won't use again.

2024-12-08	St*****	Scanning items works OK. However, every time I've used the app, scanning the QR code at checkout is always problematic. Also today, when it asked if I'd scanned everything, it went into a loop after replying YES. Eventually gave up and queued at the self-service checkout.

Then you spend 5/10 minutes at the till having up to 18 items manually scanned by the staff and turns out perhaps one wasn't scanned (due to the app). So you end up at the till and start all over. A waste of time. You should have the proper scanners like Sainsbury's. Deleting app, I've really had enough.
